    While all sales are final, we understand that mishaps are unavoidable. Reasons that you may be eligible for compensation include (1) the wrong item was delivered, the Bouq arrives in substandard condition, or if it was never delivered and (2) you complete a customer service request form here within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. We require a photo to be attached to the customer service request form if you received a substandard Bouq. Credits issued for replacement bouquets cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

    The Bouqs does not take responsibility for orders with incorrectly entered shipping addresses. If an order is placed with an incorrect or wrong address, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the resident of said address to retrieve the package.

Every item on every order is inspected for quality and custom-packed for express shipping. Next day shipping with cool packs (when conditions require cooling) insures your flowers will arrive days before they reach their prime.

    We are absolutely committed to total customer satisfaction from the moment you enter our web site until your flowers are on display. There are many factors beyond our control that may affect the total order process, delivery, and condition of your flowers. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your buying experience or the flowers we deliver, we will correct the issue, refund your money, or re-ship your order. If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of any items received, contact BloomsByTheBox within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic images of all unsatisfactory products via email. At its discretion, BloomsByTheBox will provide flower care instruction, issue a refund or ship replacement product. BloomsByTheBox may require a return of the product before any refund is issued.

    All requests for refunds or re-shipments must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and must include photos of all product(s) for which the request is being made.
